Supremo is Colombia's premium large-screen grade — the biggest, most uniform beans of the washed-Arabica harvest, chosen by roasters who want a bold, visually striking, balanced Colombian coffee.
Overview
Supremo denotes the largest screen sizes in the Colombian classification (screen 17/18). The big, uniform beans present beautifully and deliver the clean, sweet, well-balanced cup Colombia is known for, with good body and rounded acidity — a favourite for premium single-origin offerings and the top of blend recipes.
We prepare Supremo to standard export specifications and to specific screen, defect and cup requirements on request. Like all our coffee it is sourced through the grower cooperatives and traceable to origin.
Supremo is available conventional or certified (Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, Fairtrade, organic) and can be supplied as a consistent program across the harvest calendar.
